What happens when my subscription expires?

Auto-trading is disabled, but you keep full access to manual trading, your dashboard, positions, trade history, and software updates. Your data and settings are never deleted. Renew anytime to resume auto-trading exactly where you left off.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade to Premium anytime to unlock priority support and custom features. If you switch back to Standard, custom features are hidden but preserved — switch back to Premium and they reappear instantly.

License terms

Each license is bound to one machine via hardware fingerprint. Free transfers to a new computer via the download request form. Sharing license keys is prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.

Before installing, confirm all of the following:

  1. The email came from support@allaml.ai — check the full sender address, not just the display name
  2. The download link points to allaml.ai or our verified CDN — hover over the link before clicking
  3. Your email client shows no spoofing warnings (look for ⚠️ icons or "via" labels next to the sender)
  4. The installer filename matches the format: AllaML_Setup_X.X.X.exe
  5. If in doubt, do not install — use the request form above or contact us to confirm

Getting Started

Install — Run the installer. It will set up AllaML and the Ollama AI engine. Choose whether to auto-start on boot.
Enter License Key — After purchase, you'll receive a key via email. Paste it in Settings → Profile → License.
Create Free Account — The setup wizard guides you through creating an account at Alpaca (your broker for stocks and crypto). Free to sign up.
Fund Your Broker — Link your bank to Alpaca and transfer funds. ACH takes 1-3 days, wire transfers arrive same day.
Configure & Trade — Add symbols, set thresholds, enable auto-trading. The AI assistant can help with any step.

What is Paper Trading?Paper trading lets you practice with virtual money ($100,000) using real market data. It's identical to live trading except no real money is at risk. Perfect for learning, testing strategies, or training. Included free with all plans. Set it up in Settings → Profile → Broker Connection → Paper Trading.
Is AllaML an investment advisor?No. It executes trades based on rules you configure. It does not provide personalized investment advice.
Do I need to install Python or programming tools?No. AllaML is self-contained. Everything is included in the installer.
Does it need to run 24/7?For best results, yes. When your computer is off, no trades execute. When you restart, it picks up where it left off.
Are my API keys safe?Your keys are stored locally on your computer. They are never sent to AllaML servers. The only destination is the encrypted connection to your broker.
Can AllaML withdraw my funds?No. Alpaca API keys do not have withdrawal permissions. AllaML can only place buy and sell orders.
Does AllaML collect my data?No. All data stays on your machine. No telemetry, no analytics. The only external call to our servers is the daily license check, which sends only your license key.
Can I use it on multiple computers?One license = one machine. Your license is bound to your computer's hardware. If you get a new computer, submit a transfer request (free, instant). Sharing license keys is a violation of the terms and will result in account termination.
How do I cancel my subscription?Submit a cancellation request via the contact form with your license key and we'll cancel immediately. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, auto-trading stops but you keep manual trading, dashboard access, and software updates.
How do I get a refund?We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — no questions asked. Submit a refund request via the contact form within 7 days of purchase with your license key and we'll process a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
